Reviews of flying model rockets, free rocketry plans & projects, and hobby resources

Inspired by the space-race, model rocketry has its roots in the 1950's. Quite a bit has changed since then. This web site aims to show you some of the current rocket kits, parts, and techniques used by modern-day amateur rocketeers.

While it does serve as a source of information, this web site was mainly built for fun. It helps keep track of our rocketry projects and serves as a way to store information on flying model rockets that were lost, or damaged, in some way.

As a father and son team of rocketry enthousiasts, we try to get out and fly just about every weekend. If you attend launches by one of the many Florida rocketry clubs, you may just run into us.

Free Rocketry Plans And Projects

This section of the web site offers a selection of free rocket plans. Check out our creations and find instructions on how to build your own if you see a rocket design you like.

Crafting your own parts can be a lot of fun too. This is often cheaper and almost certainly more rewarding than using stock parts.

General techniques, hints and tips are also included. These are great for those new to the hobby looking for a little help or advice. Or, find information on how to make your own launch supplies and jigs.

Reviews Of Rocketry Gear And Supplies

Here, you'll find loads of model rocket kits reviewed. This includes both model and high power kits from well known, and not-so-know manufacturers. Videos of actual launches are included whenever possible.

In addition to kits, parts, books, DVD's, software, various other model rocketry supplies were reviewed. Before spending your hard-earned money on a kit, or part, see how they worked out for us.
