Anyone involved with high power rocketry has almost certainly heard of PML. Their kits and parts are widely popular. When scratch building mid-to-high power rockets, I prefer PML nose cones to any other. Some of the things they are known for include phenolic and quantum tubing, G10 fins and the Kwik Switch motor system. The first high power kit I build was the Explorer which was also used for a level 1 certification flight.
